The breakfast was excellent and the lady on duty was welcoming and very professional. The whole experience was relaxing.
We also had an excellent meal the night before, again we were well looked after.

The suite had a great view over the town. The restaurant is the best in town. The staff were friendly.
Narrow stairs to the top floor. No help with heavy luggage.

Central location, size of room was good.
Noisy, hard to get service both at breakfast on the morning, and later at the restaurant. Seemed like they almost can’t be bothered. Hotel guests are secondary to the restaurant. Old, not great housekeeping. Staff stretched too thin.
