Por cuestiones de la empresa decidieron cambiarme la reserva al Hotel Carlos V que es de la misma empresa. Este está mejor ubicado que el Premier y las instalaciones son mejores también. Me mantuvieron el precio a pesar de que el CV es un hotel más caro. La habitación era grande y el baño bien equipado hasta con jacuzzi
La habitación tenía un ruido ambiente muy molesto. Seguramente una unidad de AC exterior que hacía vibrar la parad de la cabecera de la cama matrimonial. El hotel tenía otros eventos y estaba superado organizativamente hablando. A último momento cambió el lugar de desayuno y cuando fuimos a desayunar, las mesas estaban sin manteles y había muchos detalles por mejorar, que a medida que transcurría el tiempo iban mejorando.
