At the arrival only one of the two keys of the booked rooms was in the locker. Calling the operator, the second key was immediately available

The hotel is in a wonderful location, very close to the lake, which makes the surroundings truly beautiful. The breakfast was quite nice, and the rooms were clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel feels rather old, and the facilities feel outdated. The staff were not very professional or particularly friendly, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the balconies of the rooms are connected, creating a strange and uncomfortable feeling due to the lack of privacy.
