the lady who welcomed us was lovely, very helpful. room was a great size, beds really comfortable. Location was excellent, there were loads of options to eat on the same street and the cathedral was at the end of the road. Especially good if your only staying for a few days as the street itself is quite but you are in the heart of it all within 2 minute walk. Would stay here again if we ever returned.

The location was exceptional. Situated right in the historic centre, it was easy to walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and countless restaurants, cafés and shops.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and well suited to our family, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Esther, who managed the booking, was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations, local tips and advice that helped us make the most of our time in Florence.
Communication before and during our stay was excellent, making everything simple and stress-free.
The apartment provided the perfect base for exploring Florence, allowing us to return easily during the day for a break before heading out again.
Like much of historic Florence, access with luggage can involve some walking through busy pedestrian areas, but that's part of staying in such a prime location.

The location was very good.
As described above the room was not meet our expectation. We had quite some mosquitoes bites.
