Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable, very friendly owners and staff, amazing breakfast. Great views of Kimi from the breakfast area. Nice swimming pool. 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants.

The fantastic view and the comfortable rooms with relaxing pool. Very friendly staff and close to Kini beach with nice restaurants

The nice pool , plentiful breakfast and friendly staff.
The lower road entrance was badly lit and had not signs.

Everything!
If you are planning on staying in Kini this is the place for you!
Such a lovely family who run the hotel - very helpful and welcoming.
The only drawback is the walk to the beach and restaurants which is 10+ mins with a lot of steps.
