We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bergwelt and truly enjoyed our time there. A special thank you to Petra, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to assist us, and her kindness played a big part in making us feel so welcome. We really appreciate her support and would be happy to stay here again.
