Zaur and his family were so friendly and made us feel at home. Eating dinner with the family was a highlight of our visit to Xinaliq. Beautiful views from the front porch while enjoying tea in the evening.

Zaur provided an amazing experience. He was early to pick us up at the bus station. He is very kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. The room was very large and very clean. The food was AMAZING - his wife is an exceptional cook. They were very flexible with breakfast and dinner timing. to accommodate our hiking. His kids are incredibly kind. The shower was hot. I have no complaints
Nothing! The house is on a hill so may be difficult for people with disabilities. The stay was perfect.

Everything was perfectly provided by Zaur and his family! It was truely an unforgettable experience on the highest village in Azerbaijan! Apart from accommodation, Zaur can also offer taxi pick up and drop off from Quba, hiking tours and guides, and freshly made daily meals everyday with very reasonable prices. He and his whole family are honest, polite and very welcoming. I learned a lot about Xinaliq’s history, culture, language and way of life from Zaur. The guest house is new and very clean, seat flushing toilets and 24 hr hot showers are both within the guest house. The bedding is very comfortable that my smartwatch sleeping score was 100% for three nights in a row while living there, despite the high altitude. I couldn’t recommend Zaur’s place enough if you are visiting Xinaliq, and please don’t just come for one day and go, this place and its surroundings needs a good 2 to 3 days to enjoy! Thank you Zaur and your family!
