Ein erstaunlich großes, sehr sauberes und vollständig eingerichtetes Appartement in zentraler Lage von Ponta do Sol. Die Terrasse ist herrlich zum Entspannen nach einem langen Wandertag. Ana, die Gastgeberin, hat uns per E-Mail mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und uns mit einem Willkommenspaket überrascht. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand und bei den Restaurants des Orts (zurück in 5 Minuten, weil es steil bergauf geht). "Parken im alten Tunnel" klingt abenteuerlich, ist aber völlig unproblematisch.

So cozy and in such a good location. Town was lovely good food nearby. Walkable to beach in 4 mins. Walkable to grocery store and places to eat. Lovely balcony to sit and drink coffee in the morning.
Parking isnt the best, you have to pay for parking and it fills up fast. Early morning and after 5 its pretty decent.

Contaba con todas las comodidades. Gel y esponja para lavar los platos, detergente por si querías poner una lavadora, utensilios y condimentos para la cocina…todo para que cuando llegases al apartamento no te faltase de nada. Además de la ubicación, se ven unos de los mejores atardecer de Madeira. Tiene varios restaurantes cerca del apartamento.
El sofá cama es un poco incómodo.

Loved the town of Ponto so Sol. Ana was so very sweet. Well appointed, modernized apt. with one exception.
The apt is a bit musty smelling and damp most of the time. To the point that the bedding and your clothes feel a bit damp. The apt is not climate controlled. The fan provided helps, but it is not enough. I can't imagine it when there is no sun and rain. Also, the parking is a big challenge. The tunnel turned out to be our best option, but it requires good timing and a bit of luck. We had to use the pay park for the first day plus and we were lucky to find a spot after only waiting a short time. I cannot imagine what it is like in high season.
Lastly, this is not a beachfront apt building. The town is beachfront, and it is convenient to the beach, but it is not beachfront.
