The service and the position was excellent. The room was small be manageable. The absolute bonus was the free bar/cafe. It was a great way to mix with people and enjoy some free drinks, nuts and biscuits
The mattress and pillows were a little uncomfortable but that’s typical of Japan

Good location close to the train & bus stations and tram line. Very comfortable with helpful staff who looked after our bags the day we checked out. Wonderful bar on 13th floor with sky line view and reasonably priced.

Super close to the morning seafood market. Also very close to Hakodate station. Super convenient. Easy to get taxi and close by to tram as well. Breakfast buffet was great. Many selection and delicious.
Aircond was not working well. It was very warm at night. I can't open the window to let the air in because of the wind was so strong and slammed the window shut a few times plus the sound of wind howling so we couldn't sleep. Very warm and hard to sleep because it was hot in the room.
