The gardens and the staff are amazing.
Very out of date bathroom, noisy air conditioner and room facilities very basic.

Spectacular Japanese style buildings
A big leak in our bathroom from the ceiling which wet the floor all night

The hotel has beautiful and very well-maintained common areas, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay—everyone was kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
While the overall experience was pleasant, the room did not match the price charged. The facilities feel outdated, the bathroom door was damaged, and we never had hot water during our stay. Additionally, the payment terminals seemed outdated and lacked contactless payment options. Modernizing the rooms and some services would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
