Such a great place!

It is a great place. Check the room you book as the pictures are not quite clear. For a little more the rooms by the pool are excellent. This is an excellent stay. Nice breakfast each morning. Good sized pool. Really central. Markets just down the road. Really good local meals very close. Staff are super friendly and helpful

The original rooms are not great. Nice and clean, but older. The bathroom is the typical shower over the toilet. The rooms by the pool are fantastic. Newer and breakfast included

Worth every Penny + making you save more.

Everything, I'm not that picky when it comes to rooms especially if it's budget-friendly. As long as it's clean I am alright. But the room is adequate if not too much for my needs. Daily cleaning, Daily change of towels. But these are my favorite parts 1. The fast internet of the hotel ( Most of the time it's great and I was able to do my task during my stay) 2. The unlimited Coffee / Tea offered. Wow just wow I am still very thankful to them for offering that. They even have pastries but it's first come first served. Saved me tons of money because I didn't need to go to a cafe for that. 3. The countless warungs nearby offer affordable and delicious food. They say it's expensive in Nusa Dua but if you stay here and you're not very very "picky" with your food choices - you'll save tons here. Like TONS. 4. The staff are very welcoming and very warm. 24/7 assistance. If i'll be back in Nusa Dua - I'll stay here.

Nice if you have a scooter or car

A lot of storage space, very good water pressure, fridge. Wonderful pool area.

Wifi was not really good and not available at all in my room. The staff wasn't seem to be interested about this. Beach far away by foot. The nearest is in the rich hotel area.

Perfect location for exploring Nusa Dua

The hotel has a perfect location close to the beach, places to eat and get a massage, all within a walking distance. Swimming pool is located in a beautiful lush garden, there is a shower and pool beds. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Served at different time for each room depending on client's request. My room was located opposite the reception building. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

This hotel is in a good location within walking distance to cafes and restaurant. A little further to the beach. We booked the deluxe room with pool views after reading other reviews and we were glad we did as they were nicer than the older rooms which the hotel showed us also. The cleaning staff and lady that showed us to our room were really helpful and friendly. The pool is big and really nice and the room was a nice size.

The greeting we got at reception was far from welcoming. We had negotiated a price online with the hotel and they tried to say we were in contact with another property despite the pictures being the exact same as the place we were in. We booked a room with breakfast but we couldn't get the breakfast because they only serve from 7 and we needed to leave at 7. Initially they said we could have toast and fruit at 6.30am but then changed their minds. The fridge in our room was moldy but when they couldn't get the mold off by cleaning they replaced it wit another one. The tap in the bathroom was also broken.

Nice pool, solid rooms and calm atmosphere. lots of restaurants around and 10-15 min walk to beach

Pleasant

Staff were pleasant and the room once we upgraded was adequate with a pool at our door step.

Wi-fi was terrible and the place was on quite a busy road.

Exceptional

Great place to stay in Nusa Dua! Beautiful place, garden and swimming pool, Highly friendly staff, and good value for money breakfast with basic but ok choice, nothing to complain. Not to forget, excellent spa center 50m from the hotel.

Bad rooms at first building

Hotel position is great. You are living on a street with local peple and shops and cheap local food places but at the same you are in 10 minutes away from luxury streets and beaches. Wifi signal was good.

Rooms are terrible. I assume they have 2 building and the second one may be better. Our first one (near lobby) has terrible rooms. The bathroom is durty, shower almost not working, aircondition cooling is bad. We decided not to move away just becasue stayed just 2 days.

Nice pool to relax. Breakfast was okay. Very friendly staff.

Not the cleanest place. Bathroom was very old, could definetly use a make-over. Above the stairs were little birds with their nest, so there was a lot of poop on the floor.

They spend more time cleaning the grounds then you do your rooms & linens. This isn't good.
