Attentive staff . If you want a quiet room ask for the one that doesn't face the main road.
Café at bkfast wasn't that good. Its tasted like drinking coffee at an old holiday inn in America!

Lovely rooms with incredible daily service. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars around. Very comfortable and clean. We could have my step-son stay with a cover charge on 2 nights, which we really appreciated. Rooftop pool was great too. The staff are very helpful and were very friendly.
We were facing the main road so there was a lot of noise (despite being told before booking that it wasn’t noisy). The breakfast was underwhelming, but had some delicious items. Minibar items were much more expensive than standard and there was no price list in the room.

El desayuno buffet, aunque algo limitado, tenía un sazón bueno.
La terraza del hotel tiene muy buena vista como para algunas fotos y ya; es algo pequeña.
Aunque me sentí como en la perrera del hotel, la habitación estaba amplia, limpia y ordenada.
La actitud de las personas que trabajan en el hotel es excelente.
El minirefri en la habitación.
Supermercado D1 a una cuadra.
La habitación tipo perrera que me asignaron no correspondía en absoluto con las fotos de la que reservé en la plataforma; me sentí estafado.
Las fotos de la 'Superior Queen Room' son engañosas. Estas muestran un balcón y una ventana amplia de techo a pared. La habitación que me dieron solo tenía una mini ventana por la que escasamente cabe un brazo. La habitación asignada causaba claustrofobia. La Sra. de la recepción prácticamente solo me dio la opción de 'tómelo o déjelo' porque no tenemos más disponibles.
La habitación tenía aire acondicionado, pero no lo podías controlar, solo prender o apagar. Esto fue lo que más odié de este hotel y por lo que no volvería. Pasé un calor terrible toda la noche por no poder poner este un poco más frío.
La habitación aburridísima sin un solo adorno o cuadro alusivo a la ciudad, al país o a su cultura. Las paredes planas totalmente. Por un momento me sentí en un hospital.
Las puertas de la habitación son algo ordinarias (huecas por dentro); no insonorizan; por tanto, se escuchan fuertes los azotones de las puertas de las otras habitaciones cuando las cierran.
La insonorización de la miniventana que tenía mi habitación también era muy pobre; siempre vas a escuchar los carros de la calle.
Una sola persona atendiendo los check-in, si se le juntan 3 llegadas, se le va la tarde completa.
Un sofá dentro de la habitación, así fuera pequeño o individual, hubiera sido un plus o de gran ayuda.
