We arrived at 5am and they let us into our room to sleep which was much appreciated after a long over night bus. Great brekky, and location. Nice communal area as well. Cheap as chips

The room was really hot in the mornings !

It has real character just off the main square. We arrived really early in the morning and were shown to the massage room where we were able to sleep until 9am when our room was ready. This made all the difference after a long journey on a night bus.

The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect, right smack in the historical city center.

The facilities were a little old but overall very well maintained and everything was spotless clean

Everything went well. Hotel is very accommodating and helpful. It was very easy to stay in Arequipa and make plans from this hotel.

Perfect location and great stay in Arequipa. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Shower worked well with hot water. Breakfast was very good and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We even stored our bags here for 3 days whilst we went to the Colca canyon.

Great Hostel, just next to the Plaza de Armas with plenty of options for food and drinks! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room has been cleaned daily and thoroughly. The bathroom was modern, the water pressure from the shower is excellent.

nothing really, you could always wish for more breakfast options or anything. But all in all, it's value for money in my book.

No lifts to use especially we had big luggages and had to carry them ourselves to bring from the ground floor to 2nd floor🙈

The cleaners are the best staff here, the rooms and toilets were very clean. The reception staff are hit and miss friendly, some are some aren't. Location is handy in el centro. Good for a short stay

The showers have lukewarm water and it never got hot enough. The rooms are very loud with no sound insulation from the hallway, people arriving late at night and talking echoes into your room. Also, the breakfast is nothing special, just white bread and jam with the cheapest instant coffee. Currently the room is discounted due to protests so it's good value but if I had to pay more, there are plenty of other options that offer more value for money.

The breakfast is good. It includes juice, fruits, coffee, tea or Chocolate, bread, butter and different types of jams.

Staff said there is a something that you can grab for early morning tour but there is nothing. If they say nothing first I will prepare by myself in advance. But they confirm it has.!!!

This is the first time I have given a perfect score. Los Andes far exceeded my expectations. It's a large place with a beautiful outdoor common area to sit and enjoy the sun while working on your laptop if you're a digital nomad or just have logistics to do. The common area is mixed in with the dining area but the tables there are covered so if it's raining you won't get wet while you eat. The kitchen is huge with a lot of space for multiple people to cook, and two fridges for everyone to use for their food. The bedroom is large and instead of bunk-beds they are regular twin beds spaced out so there is plenty of personal space and good sized lockers for your bags. The beds are very comfortable and have working sockets beside most of them, otherwise it's really close. Everywhere was very clean and there were multiple full bathrooms that I was never waiting to use one. A very welcoming and comfortable place and I would highly recommend it. The breakfast was freshly cooked eggs with a bunch of fruits and breads to choose from as well as juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. If I'm ever in Arequipa again I will 100% be trying to book this place again and highly recommend anyone visiting to stay here too. The Staff were super accommodating and helpful, there are no bad things I can say about this place.

Great location, just 30 seconds from the main square. Many shared indoor and outdoor sitting places. Delicious breakfast. Situated in an old building, but perfectly renovated to answer all the necessities. Very helpful staff, big room to leave your luggage if you need after/before check-in/check out. Highly recommend!
