I left my purse with money, passport, credit card, and cell phone in the chair of the buffet restaurant. I was resting in my room without knowing I had left it. I got a phone call from the hotel reception and found my purse. I even checked my handbag for missing items. Thank you very much for the kindness of the staff.

The food was excellent, the rooms have a sea view. The beach is close to the hotel. The childern enjoyed the slieds.
The staff was great, and made our vacation memioral.
The spa was marveĺlous.

Everything!!! From the room (excellent service, cleaned daily, fresh towels), the service (the staff was always very polite and helpful in all matters. Harum, the reception manager, was very kind and on top of all things), the food (great variety and very fresh), to the pools and the kids area (our kids were running from the pool to the Miniclub and then to the playground and back to the pool - excellent set up)and the Spa (great service and very relaxing experience). Very clean and everyone was kind and always happy to help with anything.
