Staff, location, cost.
It was the last room, with some small issues.

The location is absolutely nice. Everything is nearby. It's right on the main street but has great beach. The old city is bit far away but Uber is always available.
The breakfast was also nice with a good balance of healthy and unhealthy foods. Coffee was really good.
The pool was also great. Family enjoyed it a lot.
Internet is abysmal in the rooms and on the terrace. I was getting 1-1.5mbps so nothing worked. The mobile signal was also bad in the hotel so that was also not a choice. Unfortunately whatever work I had, had to do it in the lobby.
The staff made excuses that it's only today that it is bad whereas the reviews in the past showed that it had been an issue. This is Aug 2026 for reference.
The hotel knows there is no parking alternative nearby so they charge €20 for a day. Certainly leaves a bad taste in mouth.

Location, staff was friendly and approachable. Unlimited towels for the beach. Parking available for check in/out. Beautiful views.
Outdated facilities, not what I would assume for that price range and number of stars. Room walls weren’t painted in spots, lots of tarnished walls, stains etc. When asking for an upgrade did not get a follow up from the team.
