Loud music in breakfast area and foyer. Irritating and unnecessary.
No bar soap in room - just liquid soap-alternative.

Not a lot of choice of restaurants within easy reach but middle eastern restaurant within the same building had excellent food

Clean and nice hotel overall
Bad service. Called for baggage assistance for check out and waited for 30 minutes! Ended up coming down to check out in person and asked them again about the trolley service then only they sent the trolley up! Very poor customer service!
