Exceptional

The breakfast is Sicilian type, with plenty of things to chose from. The coffee is great. After 2 days we had the breakfast at another place with nice staff and also amazing food.

Perfect location for short stays

Good for a short stay!

It was a nice place to stay for one night. The communication was very clear and easy. I like the self check in. We had a good sleep. Breakfast was huge but only sweets and coffee. But we don’t mind that.

Noisy. I could hear other quests using bathroom and even blowing noise.

Superb

Good location, even though overlooking main road near hospital we didn't have problem with noise. Ignazio sent us instructions on gaining entry to B&B and had no problems during stay. Small parking area which meant hire car was safe. At least 15 mins walk to old town. Breakfast was at owners bar across the road, coffee and croissant with the locals.

Superb

The location is close to the Neapolis and the room was updated fairly recently.

The shower drain cover restricted the water drainage alot, enough that the water overflowed the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor. Even with turning off the water in between soaping and rinsing.

Nice stay within walking distance to center

New, comfortable rooms with nice bathroom. Shared balcony was a nice addition I didn’t know about before going there. Owner is very friendly, always ready to help or give a tip what to do etc. Breakfast is in the near café and there’s only one sweet thing and one drink per person a day. But everything was delicious. In the back of a building there’s a safe, free place for parking, super handy when renting a car in Sicily (which I definitely recommend! Public transport is horrible!)

It’s little far from the peninsula Ortigia with old city of Siracusa on it (approx. 2 km by foot). Ortigia is the main part of the city with restaurants, cafés, bars and so on so it was quite unpleasant to walk this distance many times a day. Breakfast is good but definitely could be better and larger. Rooms are quite small.

Superb

Staff was really helpful, we booked the room at 9pm and the manager arrived immediately to welcome us. He let us park the car inside for the night. Clean and quite room. There is a voucher for breakfast, bar is just around the corner and really good. Walking distance to Ortigia. Highly recommended.

Pleasant Stay at BeBIGEA Siracusa

The room was very comfortable and the shower was great with the high water pressure. Also, we were super close to the archeaological park which was an unexpected attraction, as we came to visit Ortiga in the first place.

The Activities mentions Bicycle rental (additional charge), but it simply means that the owner will show you where you can rent the bikes in the city. It's a walking distance, but it was closed in the middle of the day when we arrived, so we could not rent them to visit the city.

Very clean room

Very clean room, nicely decorated and refurbished, owner available in whatsapp all the time, good location, there is no parking but you can find easily around the b&b

Breakfast could have a greater variety, the double bed was two beds together and sometimes they were opening and making a space between them

Can do better...

The cleanliness, the wifi, the security and location and the parking

The breakfast was very limited, specially the one served in the bar (1 croissant and 1 caffe). At the arrival, the owner tell us no cleaning tomorow,..and the fact that he knocked on the door the last day at 10:25 to go out at 10:30...so we had to négociate a check out at 11 am!

Good Option in Siracusa

Very confortable. Great Breakfast. Owner always available by whatsapp. 2km from Ortigia (free bus until 2am.)

Interbus stop (runs from Catania airport) is right around the corner

Communication had issues because of lack of English knowledge... There was no double bed, only two single beds put together, with two mattresses and one sheet!

B&B met expectations

Location, cleanliness, easy to access, all amenities were available. Friendly and helpful staff (owner). Breakfast offered in cafe just around the corner.

It was ok

The location was relatively close to the central train station. Although the city center is approx half an hour by foot. The aircon was quite well. Friendly staff. Small toiletries included (shower gel, shampoo, handwash) & bedlinen + towels.

The breakfast choice was rather limited (coffee or packaged juice with some sort of pastry). The room was next to the road (so no nice view and some noise from cars, esp. in the morning) I think the price was too high for what you got, but that might be just me.
