The room & bathroom spotlessly clean. And bed linen and towels. Lots of choice at breakfast and all hot food cooked to order. Dinner good too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking and dog friendly. Great location and lots to enjoy in the area.

Breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order
Our room was a bit noisy with an extractor nearby but it was turned off when the kitchen closed late evening

Found all of the staff very polite and helpful, food was excellent, the room was nice and clean and comfortable.

Location , friendly staff and food good ( evening meal and breakfast)
Comfortable bed.
Staircase carpet leading to rooms and decor old , worn out , Room 103 advertised as 4 * the room was worn and tired and in need of serious redecorating . The skirting boards were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in a while! . We couldnt open the windows - The room was too hot (but at least there was a fan.)
All in all for amount paid £168 definantly overpriced for one night including breakfast was a massive disappointment and we will not be returning .
