Good Review – What I Liked
I would like to sincerely appreciate all the staff at Canvas Hotel. From reception to the spa team, everyone was hands-on, helpful, welcoming and very professional. They genuinely go above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience. Their dedication to customer service deserves recognition.
Bad Review – What I Didn’t Like
Unfortunately, the overall condition and maintenance of the hotel did not meet my expectations of a five-star establishment.
As shown in the attached photographs, there were noticeable signs of wear and tear, particularly on the flooring, with visible scratches and marks.
Despite the staff kindly moving me to another room, there were still maintenance issues. It felt as though there was always something that needed attention.
For a five-star hotel, the rooms and facilities should reflect that standard. This is why I rated my stay 6/10, not because of the staff, who were excellent, but because of the hotel’s overall condition.
I hope management takes this feedback constructively and improves the upkeep of the property.
The staff provide five-star service, but the hotel itself needs improvement to match that standard.
