Rent,kvarteret närmst stranden,Gästvänligt,Goran välkomnade oss,svarade och hjälpte till bara efter några minuter när vi hade frågor.Stor fin balkong,bra wifi,välplanerad lägenhet med det mesta.Prisvärt.

What are the three most important things when it comes to real estate?
Location, location and... Location.
There's no possible better location than Apartments Boreta. Believe me, we explored the whole area on foot.
But there's more... The place is immaculately clean and modern with everything automatic (lighting ect)
It has a reserved parking space ( a must for the very closest location to the beach).
It was so emotionally difficult to move my car from the best location in a city with zero parking, that we were fortunate to decide to do a lot of unforgettable walks.
Add to all this, a most helpful host.
What can Man say in Eden, other than "My wife made me do it?"

Location, host is nice and trying to quickly resolve issues.
It wasn’t very clean and was quite noisy. Old furniture, towels and bed sheets are very old and used.
Noisy street, so you need to have windows closed pretty much all the time.
Very bad ventilation: you’ll be forced to smell everything your neighbors are preparing on the stove and even if you turn on the kitchen hood it will not help much. Some guests prepared food at night (after 23:00), so you will be forced to sleep with unpleasant smells.
