The reception manager was very courteous and helpful. We were guided to the Hotel as it is in the historic area. Soon after we unloaded our bags, the manager assisted us personally to take to the garage and park the large suv safely. This was much more than we expected.
When leaving, the manger did the same thing and we were on our way with bags loaded right at the door of the hotel!
The room was big enough for 4 adults, and we had a fully functional small kitchenette.
We liked every thing.

The location
The specific room on the second floor was poor.
The furniture is very basic, IKEA like, the bathroom is extremely small.
This room looks like a corridor that was transformed into a room.
