Everything. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The location was close enough to everything but slightly far enough away to keep it peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The small details were well appreciated like the complimentary ginger shots in the morning, fresh towels daily and a very clean and upgraded room.
Maybe I would have used the spa if it were complimentary?

The rooms were very modern and very nice. The bed and bathroom were good sizes and very comfortable.
Working.com said that there was an outdoor pool and hot tub but when we arrived, we were told there was no outdoor pool and the hot tub was an additional expensive charge to use. We were also told Booking.com that there were robes in the bathroom, however, they were not provided by the hotel. So Booking.com’s amenity list is Very miss

The staff was superb - friendly and genuinely helpful. They gave us several recommendations all of which were excellent.
The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a spectacular view.
There was a lot of hanging storage and shelf storage but no drawers at all.

The wood was beautiful! Smelt fabulous when you went in! Amazing staff! Nothing too much trouble! Martin’s smiles and helpfulness at breakfast was a delight! The food was exceptional!! Our walk with Trude was fabulous! All in all a brilliant week!
