This wonderful team is always ready to assist you and ensure your comfort throughout your stay. If it is available, ask them about Suite 306. I was fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to this suite, where I discovered a wonderful combination of the hotel’s authentic historical character and modern comfort. In the restaurant, you will meet the waiters Walid and Mohamed Ramadan, whose friendly smiles, good manners, and attentive service make every meal more enjoyable. It is impossible to speak about the Cosmopolitan without mentioning Mr. Michael, who leads the hotel’s maintenance and renovation work in addition to his responsibilities in hotel management. With great care and good taste, he is making the hotel more modern and comfortable while preserving the historical spirit and unique character that distinguish it from other hotels in Cairo. Even Mr. Michael’s office is an authentic and charming place, decorated with old photographs that tell part of the hotel’s history and give the room its distinctive atmosphere. The staff were so lovely and ensured my stay was comfortable. When we came back to Cairo on our last day they were more than happy to store our luggage and let us spend time in the restaurant. The hotel is off the main road so there is no noise at all, lovely room and comfortable beds.
