L’accueil, l’équipement, proche de La Rochelle et au calme à la campagne. Le propriétaire Maxence nous a offert l’apéritif avec les autres locataires pour terminer l’année. Nous reviendrons.

Location was very good as we were visiting La Rochelle and it was only 20 minutes away. We wanted somewhere outside the city to suit the family with off road parking so this property was ideal.
The property needs air-conditioning in my opinion. It was very hot when we stayed and the lack of air-conditioning left the rooms a little uncomfortable.

L'emplacement ni trop proche ni trop loin de la Rochelle. Le calme des autres résidents. La possibilité de stationner notre véhicule et la facilité de circuler à vélo vers des points de visites. La gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte.
Petit bémol sur "ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié", je l'exprimerais plutôt comme " ce qui pourrait être à améliorer" mais qui semble déjà dans l'organisation de notre hôte :
- les marches pour l'accès au jacuzzi
- une borne de chargement pour véhicule électrique
- la climatisation car la chaleur monte très vite dans cette belle région
- Opacifier les vitres des portes de la chambre 1
- Ajouter un rideau occultant dans la cuisine
- Cacher le coin ménage
