This is a very well maintained and very clean property. We got a room with sea view and it was simply amazing. They have a beautiful garden . You can swim right in front of the hotel over the rocks . But there are two beautiful pebble beaches very close. They have umbrellas for guests. Stavros was great. We will definitely go back and choose Ballas Apartments.

WOW the garden and the views of the bay and the location! We booked this place as the second stop for our honeymoon thinking it was just a quick place to stop (we had paid a lot more for another hotel in Fiskardo) but this ended up being our favourite place by far. The rooms were spotless, cool and well equipped. The balcony with a view of the bay was breathtaking. And finally the little private swimming spot!! Just amazing thank you so much to the kindest host Stavros!

We are so happy that we chose to stay here. Our host was truly one of the kindest people we have ever met. He was incredibly helpful and checked in with us every day to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything.
The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. We also loved that there were beach umbrellas available for guests to use. The little garden is beautiful and very well looked after with a lovely view over the harbour of Agia Efimia. The town itself is charming so the location is perfect as well. If we ever come back to Kefalonia we will definitely stay here again.
