Der kurze Weg ins heididorf die umgebung ist Atemberaubend schön die berge die luft das zimmer war einfach gemütlich und sauber die mitarbeiter waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich

La struttura è carina e piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale e una menzione d'onore alla ragazza della reception che ci ha accolti all'arrivo: è stata estremamente gentile, paziente e disponibile, spiegandoci tutto in modo chiaro nonostante la barriera linguistica (noi non parlando bene il tedesco). Un'accoglienza davvero ottima!
Ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare. La pulizia della camera non è stata impeccabile: sotto il calorifero c'erano parecchie ragnatele e diversi insetti morti. Inoltre, l'esperienza al ristorante non è stata piacevole: siamo scesi a cena alle 20:20 (la cucina sul sito risulta aperta fino alle 21:00) e la cameriera ci ha accolti in modo scortese e infastidito dicendoci che avevamo solo 5 minuti per mangiare. Il personale dovrebbe essere più cortese con gli ospiti.
