everything. i couldn’t have asked for more.
the location is under 20 minutes away from fuji tourist hotspots, not at all a difficult drive from central tokyo.
the staff are so so kind, they’re willing to help wherever they can! the onsen bath has a jet like a jacuzzi in one, the other is a large jetless tub - so relaxing, towels and all necessities are provided.
the breakfast and dinner were insane. they were amazing and truly a must try, if not for the yummy flavours then at least for the experience alone.
the room was massive, especially considering it was just me, it had everything you need and more with a minibar at an affordable extra-charge (or just use the fridge for a little grocery shop run as there’s 3 massive stores >15mins away.
the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean, i really don’t have one bad thing to say about this place - please, if you get the chance, stay at this ryokan for your visit to fuji!

(the only thing is since the bed was a futon, when i went to bed at night there was a strange vibrating which i could hear all night from the floor but it didn’t stop me sleeping!)

Very quant and quiet and you could see Fuji-san from our room! Hosts were very kind and the dinner and lunch were exceptional! If you stay definitely add on the food options! I wish we had stayed longer but we’ll be back :)

Breakfast was delicious. We opted for Japanese style breakfast which was definitely made with love. Hosts were incredibly kind and gave us free rides to/from Fujisan station. Room itself was so gorgeous. Private baths downstairs, quiet neighborhood, stunning views, 10/10 would stay again!!

View of mount Fuji in the morning, water from mount Fuji, onsen and bath Japanese style, location away from excess tourism, friendly staff!
Value for money is amazing but I would recommend the owner to do some restorations and deep cleaning in the establishment. The red carpet is a little dirty in some areas and the ceiling in the onsen has some humidity spots showing up.
