Everything was good. I liked the hotel very much. Staff was so great
It could be more soundproof doors. You can easiky hear from the hall, but people didnt make much noice so didnt bother me

It was clean and comfortable. Good location and very friendly helpful staff
A little run down in that the bathroom became a swimming pool because the tiling caused all water to run around the bath and straight onto the floor.
There is only one lift and it was incredibly slow we were fortunate enough to only be on the 4th floor and able to use the fire exit stairs.
Ordering room service meals finishes at 3pm and although cocktail happy hour and pool menu were advertised it wasn’t very clear how to order either. Reception were very helpful but it was a bit of a process to order as reception weren’t sure on how to go about it. We got there in the end (nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble with such helpful staff) and we enjoyed a cocktail and beer by the pool :)
Breakfast was included and sufficient just would have really appreciate some bacon.
