Very good location, super close to the beach, nice pool, amazing staff, Louis - manager is amazing guy who showed us all the animals in the hotel garden, gave many recommendations and shared huge knowledge about Costa Rica. Loved it !

We felt really disappointed about this hotel it did not meet our expectations:
1- the location is not the best far from the downtown and closest supermarket is 500m
2- standard room is far from entrance we could not even park close and walking up and down the hill many times per day not very pleasant
3- the cleaning was ok but bad smell coming from the toilet they tried to fix it but not enough also our toilet windows was next to the laundry so people were talking and noisy all the time
4- the pool was not clean we didn’t even use it
6- in general it needs some renovations only one way to go to second floor so people had to walk through our room
5- the stuff got in my room when I was waking a shower and in general not the best in response with reception.
