Full frustration , not even in the standards of a 1 Star hotel. Non hygenic, non comfortable

We were told breakfast is between 07:00-09:30 am. As we were in the breakfast at 08:00 am, we were told breakfast will not be served as it was untill 07:30 am. We were told groups had breakfast at 07:00am. But we are indiviual travllers. Finally they agreed on servig breakfast. One plate of sweet cakes- one plate of greasy omlette and and one plate with sliced bread and butter... that was it... When i took the slice of bread, it was all in blue mould... sure it was many days old. When i warned the waiter about it, no words of apoligy. and he brought a new plate with newly sliced bread. It was horrible experience. Later during the cheeck out, i have mentioned about our frustration among other things. Receptionist with such a cool face; "next door is a bakery, go and eat fromm our house"... Increadible... Bakery next door has bread and sweets nothing else and no word of sympathy...

Blankets on the bed are shorter than standard. I had to sleep with my socks on as my feet were way out. I am not giant 188cm. tall. Matrasses are not comfortable.

Very good, great location, very close to the old town and the city center

In my room the windows could not be opened for clean air

Location is amazing . The breakfast was great, but it is not served every day. Bottom line - location and value for many really good

The staff was friendly but not really answered even very simple questions and did not have recommendations. Fire alarm went on in the middle of the night, but now one explained what's going on after we all evacuated to the street

Perfect location, basic rooms, welcoming staff

Perfect location, just 2 minutes walk from the center of things and from the market. Only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Great value. The rooms have nice view over the cathedral. The room is clean and the staff is very welcoming. Will be happy to stay in the hotel again.

The rooms are pretty basic in terms of furniture and design. The dining area was too crowded and not according to COVID regulations.

Overall it was good

The location was nice, the room was clean and quiet and there were basically no people except for us.

The WIFI password didn't work, we had to reconfigure the room keys twice until they eventually worked. Our room didn't exactly look like in the pictures.

Nice staff.when I arrive only 2single beds in the room when I contact the front desk immediately they transfer us to an other room with king-size bed.iask for a mini bar.after fewer I got.theudid all their best to make us enjoy her stay smiling staff.so big and clean room.i will surely go back there all great
