I like the location of the hotel. The staff is helpful. They are accommodating to my request. Though booking on the spot is more expensive but would suggest that way cos the staff r helpful..
When I step into the room, there is cigarette smell. The emergency window was open when I step in. Plus the rooms seems a bit dark at the door way. But overall it ok.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to the subway that allows you to move around the city. The staff was kind and the hotel had a café attached to it, Joda, that was really good. They even let me use my computer for the time that I needed.
Room was very big, comfortable and bathroom was also very nice and everything was clean.
The hotel had carpeted floors which I think it’s odd given the climate of the city and how much it rains.
The carpet also retains humidity so the room smelled very bad upon first entry (after a while, with AC on, the smell would dissipate)

Very good location and connivence store just around, front desk very helpful and nice!
The interior decoration was too old, especially the carpets. They looked like they were not clean at all, and the room was smelly.
