Everything about my stay at Ayrest Hua Hin was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. The complimentary shuttle bus to the town centre was incredibly helpful and made getting around so easy.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from each morning, and having a restaurant on-site was very convenient. I also really enjoyed using the gym, which was well-equipped and well-maintained.
Most importantly, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Their kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic time at Ayrest Hua Hin and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hua Hin. I would happily stay here again.

We loved it here! Up north of the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a great free shuttle that will deliver you to and from 3 locations downtown. We saved a lot in taxis on that alone! Absolutely delicious breakfast buffet with tons of options and a huge, shaded, delightful pool. A great value and relaxing stay. We had adjoining rooms to fit our group which was fun and convenient. The staff were incredible friendly.

Out of town centre but with a Shuttle service to three main location choices for drop off in centre.

The hotel is nice and feels like a little oasis in the gardens and pool. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.
Two big problems. We prepaid with a digital only card. When we arrived they would not let us check-in as I could not show a physical card. This is despite the fact they had the receipt for the payment, I showed them the card on my phone and the debit from my account. The staff were very inexperienced and they was never a supervisor available to talk to us. We had to pay for a second time with a different card. two weeks later we have still not received a refund for the original payment.
Second problem the TV in the room. It could be great, 55" 4K TV. But they haven't been installed correctly and in both rooms we had the TVs had no smart features and there is no access to the HDMI ports to plug in your own device. Something very easy to fix but the staff couldn't and again senior staff seem to be in permanent hiding.
