The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped, nicely situated between Pilsumer Lighthouse and Greetsiel. The bike box is very practical and you can fit there also the rack.
The 3 party setup (Booking, local agency, customer) is complicated and you need to follow up on your emails. General observation: no communication in English is possible (agency, shops, ferry to Norderney,…) but we are lucky to speak German thus no biggie for us 😉

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos, relativ neu und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, super Ausstattung. Parkplatz und eigene Box für Fahrräder sind sehr praktisch. Ruhige Umgebung am Ortsrand, trotzdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad (ca. 5 Minuten) oder zu Fuß (ca. 15 Minuten) schnell am Hafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der sehr modernen, sehr geschmackvollen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung „Wattperle“. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Von Nespresso Maschine, sogar Kapseln waren vorhanden, über Bügeleisen, Teelichter, hochwertiges Geschirr etc. waren vor Ort. Auch die Lage war für uns optimal. Nur ca. 1km vom Ortszentrum Greetsiel entfernt. Der Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich. Macht weiter so! Wir kommen wieder.😃
