Disappointing:(

Good location and easy access to town centre. Good kitchen and lounge setup.

Unfortunately, there were many stains on the bedding and towels which was disappointing as had to use a small hand towel to dry myself. Many dark hairs still on the pillow and floor around the couch was sticky. Not sure if it had been cleanee beforehand. Bed wasn't very comfortable, as soon as you lie on it you could feel the wooden frame underneath you. Okay value for the location and easy access (self check in) but I personally wouldn't stay again, I'd opt for a reputable hotel chain.

Cancelled and Data for Online Cloning

Cancelled 2 hours before check in. Told me boilers had failed in the facility but when I was in the Chester the facilities were in use. Booking.com said the cancellation was due to being overbooked.

The check in process was horrendous. They collected data that no one has ever collected when I checked in. I had to provide information such as right, left profile pictures, full on face picture, proof of address,date of birth, bank details - everything that would be necessary to clone an online version of me. Disgraceful.

Excellent location, well equipped apartment, clean and plenty of space, comfortable and felt very safe at night.

Television was difficult to use, remote control was faulty, spent ages trying to get it working but managed eventually.
