Very clean and new.
People are permitted to bring dogs and we could not use the common outdoor space because a pet owner was already there and their large dog was aggressive.

Great location. Nice porch to hang out on. They have bikes, chairs and beach towels for your use.
My room was a bit small. The bath towels were small.

It was a cold breakfast which was unspecified and the bed was a full size bed, not a queen as advertised
