Great location. Room was fine. Bathroom was very nice. The gentlemen who worked the front desk were nice and helpful.
I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT YOUR STAFF CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE I EVEN ARRIVED. Nope that was not cool. The front desk had new people and there was confusion and we weren't properly checked into our room so our keys weren't working properly and wifi wasn't working but we did get it straightened out. I had asked for a quiet room and ya'll put us across from the cafe. That was odd. No view from the room - but the brick wall we were looking at was nice. LOL.
