Great location and apt but be ready for some noise

The bedroom is right above the main street so it gets really noisy at nights from passing cars and motorcycles. Also, probably was a mistakes but we did not get toilet paper so had to buy our own...

OK place - good location…. TERRIBLE communication from manager 😖😖

central location, newer apartment, Netflix etc

coffee pot wasn’t cleaned - old moldy coffe left in pot. electric water kettle broken…. loud construction noise during daylight hours with a direct view of the construction crew from the bathroom. yes they could see directly into the bathroom….. overall property was nice - would stay there again. communication from host / manager was TERRIBLE…. almost had to get a hotel on the first night.

Anfitrião mal educado e despreparado!!!

Avaliação do apartamento: para uma diária de 120 dólares não se esperava menos embora o chuveiro necessita urgente de reparos pois além da água ser fraca, a água quente não dura tanto tempo assim e quem tem sono leve eu simplesmente não recomendo pois por ficar na avenida principal o barulho da rua é simplesmente horrível pois a janela não é anti ruido e consegue-se dormir após 1 da manhã e logo as 6 da manhã começa novamente. Falando agora da minha experiência geral: Começando pelo pagamento, minha reserva custou 1.300 dólares porém o anfitrião me cobrou 1.500 dólares alegando que a cotação que ele usava era o dólar black, ou seja, eu que arco com a situação econômica da Argentina. Pedi que me enviasse um recibo fiscal para reclamar a booking e o mesmo me foi negado! Conforme várias pessoas aqui já relataram, a comunicação com o anfitrião e o suposto suporte emergencial NÃO FUNCIONA!!! O anfitrião Gabriel é um cara no mínimo arrogante e mal caráter pois meu checkin era as 15h e quando chegamos após 12h de vôo, encontramos nosso apartamento simplesmente imundo. Tive que correr para comprar um chip internacional na rua que não estava nos meus planos para comunicar o anfitrião. Bem, o apartamento ficou "pronto" somente as 18h sem papel higiênico e sequer houve um pedido de desculpas. Foi combinada uma troca de toalhas pois ficamos 13 dias, porém mesmo eu cobrando todos os dias minha solicitação não foi atendida. Sendo ignorado por 10 dias pelo anfitrião que lia minhas mensagens mas não respondia, informei que iria fazer uma avaliação negativa pela hospedagem, pasmem, o anfitriãoe bloqueou no whatsapp e cancelou minha reserva onde acabei tendo que ficar por 3 dias preso no apartamento com medo de ser despejado pois o local ficou disponível para locação e perdi 94 dólares pelo passeio do trem do fim do mundo que não pude alterar ou cancelar.
