It was gross

Everything The apartment was dirty when we arrived We had to vacuum, and clean before we could even unpack The shower door was broken (we fixed it) The sink in the bathroom leaks and there’s just a mouldy towel in the cupboard under the bathroom sink. It’s black with mould The oven was filthy and unusable so was the mircrowave The fridge smelt like something died in it The sofa is broken on one side so you can’t actually sit in it as you slide to the broken side I think the substrate in the bathroom is water damaged as water seeps from the floor boards when you walk into the bathroom The best bit though Some body defecated in the hallway and it just sat there for 2 days We have videos and photos of the apartment to show you how dirty it was and all the water damaged It wasn’t clean it was unpleasant It was quite frankly pretty bad What gets me though is you had the gall to seek a £100 deposit during the check-in process You did not indicate anywhere that a £100 deposit was required in except at check in, when it’s too late. I felt like I was being held hostage You had already taken my booking payment which wasn’t refundable so I had no choice but to pay the deposit The apartment was disgusting I would appreciate a refund

Good, would book again but not for extended stay as I can’t carry so much up and down the stairs.

It was exactly what was shown online. Very comfortable for two people

There’s no lift. Having to carry luggage up two flights of stairs was really horrible. Also the outside of the building doesn’t depict the loveliness of the rooms.

It was exactly what was shown online. Very comfortable for two people

There’s no lift. Having to carry luggage up two flights of stairs was really horrible. Also the outside of the building doesn’t depict the loveliness of the rooms.
