Do not go in winter, Sprint and Autumns.
Location. In center of city.
Not very clean Bed sheets, Towels. Rooms big but old not very clean. " Not good for winters, springs and autumn." You can not use heating or Boiler. or other electric. It disconnect from electric MCB.

Adequate price, nice location
There’s no heating. I couldn’t believe it. The owner said “there is A/C for heating” not in the nicest manner. There isn’t A/C in each room. Also, a cleaner who came while we were checking out, asked if we dirtied towels and bedclothes. I thought it was obvious that they need to be changed.

1. just one key for 2 people is problematic 2. entry phone doesn't work, so if somebody without a key wants to call your door you need to go downstairs and open up the main door of the building

Great location, unfortunate neighbors
I really don’t judge people for the life choices that they make, but I am bothered when they keep me up all night. There is an adjacent apartment where three prostitutes live and unfortunately, they evidently have Kiev’s loudest doorbell that you will hear ringing 3-5 times an hour from noon to 6am. On top of that, there are strange men hanging outside of the apartment when you come home and outside the building waiting to be let in. As a result, the main door into the apartment is rarely locked and left open. Oh, and the argument between a client and the prostitute on Sunday morning was a bit weird. My only other complaint is that the apartment has been smoked in and it hits you in the face when you enter each time. It is unfortunate as the location of this apartment is great
