Perfectly functional, friendly greeting, decent shower, good value given its proximity to town.
Had I known there was a kipper option, I wouldn't have already booked breakfast at Sanders Yard and might have been able to book longer here.
Slight noise issue being on a roundabout and another guest's tv but nothing major.

Electric keep on going off which in turn damaged my charger stopped working but easy replacement of it when got home

Well located, great staff, clean, nice food
Family room was very noisy, noise from the bar but also a loud fan on the other side of the wall kept us awake
