Nice bright, airy clean room, Gianmarco, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. Great location for Massa Lubrense and easy to get the bus to Sorrento, every 20 mins.
Breakfast was very, very basic with limited healthy choices. Room walls are very thin as we could hear EVERYTHING!!! from the room next door to us!

Il personale maschile della reception si è dimostrato professionale, disponibile e cordiale durante il soggiorno. La posizione della struttura è comoda e il parcheggio è un servizio utile per chi viaggia in auto.
La struttura appare datata e alcuni servizi non sono stati all’altezza delle aspettative e del prezzo pagato. In camera mancava persino un frigorifero, un servizio che oggi considero piuttosto basilare. La colazione, presentata come internazionale, è risultata molto limitata nella scelta e nella qualità. La maggiore delusione è stata al check-out: mi è stato negato l’utilizzo della piscina e la possibilità di lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio oltre mezzogiorno, con motivazioni che non coincidono con quanto riportato in precedenti risposte pubblicate su Booking. L’atteggiamento della receptionist in questa occasione mi ha lasciato un’impressione negativa e mi ha fatto terminare il soggiorno con amarezza.
