Really close to city centre, loved views close to apartment and easy access with detailed instructions. Price was ok.
Bed had 2 frames, one was just for the look and was banging wall, second was stable, but bed in the kitchen was making noise with every move.

Convenient location - 5mins to the station and 10mins to center. Works well for a night between flights.
Old and dated, not very clean, lots of broken things (peeled furniture, taped over wall sockets, missing door handles for the balcony, etc.), mold in the bathroom. Also, very noisy. The apartment is overlooking a busy street and there isn't any soundproofing whatsoever. Bring ear plugs.
