About this apartment rental
This elegant and cozy apartment is located in the historic center of Venice, next to the prestigious school of San Rocco (Tintoretto paintings collection) and the church of the Frari (Titian's Assumption). Overlooking in Campazzo Tolentini, opposite the university of architecture and homonym church, it is convenient for walking to all the main tourist sites.
The apartamentis easily reachable on foot from Piazzale Roma (100m) and railway station (300 mt) is convenient to sightseeing and excursions to the islands of the lagoon.
The apartment is very sunny and bright, located on the third floor (no elevator), with stunning views from all the windows of the channel and field.
Renovated in 2016 comprises entrance hall, large living room with dining table, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, small appliances. The sleeping area includes a double room communicating with a double room with twin beds, a bathroom with shower. For customers who stay more than a week, there is a washing machine.

The place was spacious and we loved the view of the canal and classic Venice homes and life. *** DO BE AWARE THERE ARE MANY STAIRS as the apartment is on the top floor. The last floor of steps is particularly challenging as they are the most narrow and there is no real handrail*** We are an older couple and did okay with the stairs, EXCEPT when we had our luggage.

Wonderful apartment. Clean and fully configured. A full-sized fridge! Location is wonderful too with a view of the canals and occasionally a gondola or two. Ada was great for our checkin and quickly saved us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Highly recommended!!!

Lived the apartment, decor is so Italian, it is lovely. The location was perfect. I would book again.
