Superb
Don't know why the reviews are that low. I'm not the biggest Selina Fan but this place is awesome in every Aspect! For sure the best place in Mancora.
Bit pricey but its worth it!

Nice facilites, Bad costumer service and breakfast
Nice facilites, the pool is great, the view over the beach is amazing.
Costumer service is a forgotten concept in Selina Mancora, their staff seemed a little bit rude. Waiting times at the checkin/checkout are awful. Not too many food options and breakfast is very poor. No suficient shades at the pool area, hosts keep stealing sun shades from eachother.

Plesant stay, peaceful, calm setting
That it was a beachfront view. And how peaceful it was.
I didn’t like that the sliding doors don’t work against bugs coming in those beetles invaded our room one of the nights and the doors were all shut we had to use toilet paper to block the bottom of balcony glass doors which I think the hotel should fix for ppl really gross to have bugs everywhere.

The place was nice! the staff needs someone to actually sit with them and teach them how to work!
The pool was amazing, the room was nice and cozy, the place was nice and clean, the bathrooms were kept up with. the majority of the staff was extremely nice. some spoke english.. the place was nice overall.. i have no complaints about the place..
The road leading to the resort was total garbage.. if you have a car that's not an SUV you vehicle will be hitting all sorts of potholes.. (it may not be the resorts fault) but something to consider talking to the local municipalities.. Had to leave a $60k car outside because the resort DOES NOT!!! offer parking! the nearest parking lot was in Mancora about 3/4 of a mile away from the resort! The staff doesn't explain things in details. for example (I was told i can claim my welcome drinks at any time, when i approached one of the waiters he told me that i can only claim them after 6:00PM.. I thought ok cool maybe they do this because 6:00pm is when their bar is a little slow.. Well i show up at about 7:20PM to claim my 4 welcome drinks.. and now the bar tender tells me the welcome drinks are only between 6:00PM-7:00PM only.. I ask to speak to the bar supervisor and the guy is too busy flirting and making social life and said that he will not give us the drinks! rules are rules and that i should have been told during the time i received the welcome drinks vouchers! had a beer and went back to my room.. at about 10:45PM i decided to take another trip to the bar. this time with my wife and two other guests that we met at the resort. we sat at the bar tried to order a few mixed drinks.. and the Barman tells us that all they have is beer since the bar closes at 11:00PM this is Sunday Night! then he would only sell us 1 beer per person until we finished them.. AKA they wanted us out of the bar as soon as they close. What kind of stupid resort closes a bar at 11:00PM??? i mean you're on vacation, you don't have work the next day... The sitting arrangements at the pool.. people come leave their stuff on lawn chairs and just leave.. there was about 18-20 lawn chairs and 9 people at the pool... you ask the staff and they play stupid.. they claim they cant do nothing about it.

Pleasant but overpriced for what is a glorified hostel
The pool and landscaping is done very well. It is right on the beach a little away from town.
The setting is nice but Selinas really are style over substance. The food is average and over priced. The rooms are small and overpriced.
