Breakfast was great. Location perfect for our visit. Fiona was welcoming, friendly, polite and insightful regarding history. The room was well set up and comfortable.

Nothing. But would like to try room 2 next visit to enjoy the different decor.

Trusting owner allowing me into the accommodation whilst she was out grocery shopping. Fiona was warm and friendly when we finally met. Warm building (double brick walls) and room, even the floorboards weren't freezing cold on a cold Tasmanian afternoon when I arrived. Loved the classic old building with its period decor. Plenty of bedding and linen. Handy bedside power board with phone/computer plugs. Very comfortable room. Generous breakfast.

Not a fan of a fridge running all night in the room. Switching itself on and off, on and off all night long. Being a light sleeper obviously doesn't help. A towel rail in the bathroom next to the shower would be handy.

It’s a lovely old house, the rooms are spacious and clean, the host was very friendly and helpful, parking was perfect for my motorcycle, and it’s only a short walk to the town. This was my second time here.

My only criticism would be the pillows were to low or too high when together. But that’s clutching at straws
