The AC was quiet and easy to set
It was spacious, clean, mostly well stocked, quiet
Early check in was approved with no additional cost and a cot provided. There was coffee in the kitchen (we restocked when we left)
We had 4 stipulations for a booking - at least 1 bedroom with a door, close to downtown, in a traditional style home (no brand new hotels), and a balcony to sit on at night, watching the city. This had everything according to the ad.
However the balcony was just a very thin corridor maybe 4-5 feet long and 1 foot wide in the interior of the apartment complex, so sitting outside wasn't an option and no street view. That's our only complaint but it was a big reason we chose this property so a big deal for us.

Appartamento ampio, dotato di tutto quello che serve anche per cucinare, lavatrice a disposizione, parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo, bellissima zona verde vicina a casa, a piedi si raggiunge il centro della città, centro commerciale nella zona, Pilar disponibile x qualsiasi necessità, sistemazione perfetta.

Très grande propreté de l'hébergement (draps impeccables, serviettes de toilettes également et en nombre suffisant, literie très confortable) et de l'ensemble de l'immeuble dans lequel il se trouvait.
Très bonne situation géographique à 10 minutes à pied du centre, d'un grand hypermarché, des parcs Borges, Sant'Ana, à 5 minutes de la voie rapide pour se rendre sur les sites, 8 minutes pour l'aéroport.
Dans la salle de bains des porte-serviettes de toilette et de draps de bains seraient bienvenus.
Le parking public gratuit à proximité souvent saturé si l'on rentre avant 16h30-17h.
