Ground floor & rooms were very clean and well looked after possibly recently refurbished.
The kitchen/living room is well equipped with everything needed for a couple or small family including stove, oven, washing machine & dishwasher, the sofa bed which we used only as a sofa.
The bedroom is quite large with a double bed that is comfortable with the ensuite being as new condition with electric shower that worked very well & hot water is available at the taps immediately from an electric Ariston storager heater which is very handy..
Parking is onsite and non restricted on the road, shops are about 5 min walk with SOBO beach just another couple of mins further, you can walk along the beach front and get to Hengistbury Head, Mudeford, the ferry and the other direction is Boscombe & Bournmouth all beaches are excellent.
The main street is about 8 mins away, you go past the Imanuel Church that has a coffee shop & shows films.
This street has plenty of shops, restaurants & pubs everything you can need.
The property has all the essentials and is well cared for and is ideal for short stays.
I have no criticisms only suggestions to make stays more enjoyable & comfortable & would definitely stay again.
Bit of mood lighting for the living room maybe a corner upstand light as the main ceiling light is very bright.
Bathroom corner shelfs to add extra places to put the essentials & some hooks around to hang coats.

The location was perfect as a working holiday celebrating our anniversary.
Blinds in the bedroom and lounge/kitchen, we felt very exposed as without the curtains closed we overlooked the car park and we were a ground floor apartment therefore guests would walk past our windows. The windows inside and outside were needing to be cleaned. Noise from upstairs sounded like baby elephants above and we could hear conversations from other flats and noise of the water draining in their showers. No hairdryer in the apartment.

The flat is in a quiet residential area of Southbourne. It is light and airy and has everything you need for a holiday flat. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was easy to use.
It would have been useful to have a washing up bowl in the kitchen sink.
