The check-in experience on the first day was great. The staff were very positive, welcoming, and friendly, which gave us a really good first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall we were happy with our stay.
Unfortunately, the check-out experience was a little disappointing. We were told beforehand that checking out 1–2 hours later should not be an issue and that there would be no additional charge. However, when we checked out at around 12:00, we were told that because they were unable to clean the room during that time, we had to pay an extra €20 for late check-out.
We honestly don’t mind paying €20 for a late check-out if that is the hotel’s policy. The disappointing part is simply being told one thing beforehand and then being charged anyway. It would have been much better if this had been communicated clearly from the beginning.
The official check-out time is 10:00, which also feels quite early, especially for this type of location. Overall, we had a good stay, but the inconsistent communication regarding the late check-out left a slightly disappointing final impression.

Номерной фонд расположен на втором этаже большого корпуса. Бронировали двухместный номер, очень уютный. Завтрак хороший, включен в стоимость проживания, есть горячие блюда. В номере кондиционер, в жаркую погоду было очень комфортно. Расположение хорошее, на территории есть ресторан, порции большие, мы с мужем брали одну на двоих. Будем останавливаться еще.
