Property was in a very good location
The price I paid for the property was pretty steep and also it did not include breakfast, which I was not aware of it

I liked the proximity to public transportation.
I don't like that Booking.com has been giving high rates to hotels that are big in size, but other than that are 2 stars at best. The towels were ripped off as if they had been atacked by a wild cat, the carpet was dirty, the washbasin had dents in it. I thought I had booked the room with breakfast included, but apparently I didn't, perhaps since booking with the app is becoming more and more complicated. What is ridiculous is that in the app it states that breakfast is 19€ per person, but I paid 27€. What's worse, when my friend went to the reception to ask if there was a possibility for late check out since I checked-in at 23:30 and she only checked-in the following day due to flight delays, the receptionist told her arrogantly: "Book another day." Fortunately not all the receptionists are rude and I managed to solve the situation the following day. However, it was quite an unpleasant moment and lately in Booking I see a trend of expensive hotels with high ratings but poor service and lack of professionalism. Let's not make another AirBnB, please. We know how bad that was for your company.
