The hotel is well located, close to a metro station and with a lot of food and shopping options close by. The hotel is well-maintained and to me, the price seemed very fair for what is offered.
The fact that there are no breakfast options.

Good location, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, big and clean bedroom and bathroom.
The service provided by the staff and the travel agency in the lobby was poor; they were not very hospitable and seemed reluctant to help. Even the travel agent didn't seem interested in selling us any tour packages.

Staff was rude
I came with my daughter and my staff from work total of 4 people my daughter
Stay in other hotel near by and I while I was dropping off my luggage to bring my daughter to her hotel Ramada in via Argentina
No even 5 minutes I didn’t have chance to change my clothes
The staff send security to ask my fair to leave no even 5 minutes
So I left
And I suppose to stay in my way back from Brazil and I decide to stay in another hotel
For future reference train better your staff was very rude I told the lady at front desk that I was taking my daughter to Ramada and she didn’t say anything and soon I got to my room she send security
NEVER COME BACK TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN
